There is always some madness in love. But there is also always some reason in madness.

Friedrich Nietzsche

In order to provide the most encompassing and personal ceremony on this most joyous occasion it is necessary to know as much as possible about those involved.  When the right words can make all the difference, a little knowledge can go a long way.  This is why we’d like to learn as much about the couple as we can in order to tailor a ceremony that’s just for them.

Great books help you understand, and they help you feel understood.

John Green

We are human and sometimes we don’t always know the right words.  Which is often why we can find grace in the wisdom of others.  A selection from a favorite author or poet placed properly has the power to illustrate our thoughts and feelings better than we can for ourselves.

We are each other's harvest; we are each other's business; we are each other's magnitude and bond.

While the reception has always been more traditionally unique to the couple, the ceremony can be harder to put your stamp on.  After all, weddings have been steeped in more serious traditions for a long time. So whether it's the lighting of the candle, the sandwich munch or anything in between, let's put a mark on your ceremony in a way that's uniquely you.
